Gautama speaks of his love for Yasodhara, the two suns and their work together for the Earth.
For two and a half thousand years I have waited to be by your side again, my bride.
Now we are together, the meeting of the Light and the Earth.
You have taken the longer path, you have become the Earth, where I, I became the mind and my brother Maitreya, the heart. You became the Earth and now bring it to me in divine union.
We are in paradise
We are in oneThe two suns have risen
never to be apart againYasodhara Buddha Gautama
The Earth shall never be the same againThe Golden Age here begins
Yasodhara Buddha GautamaWithin the Earth, within the heavens
A new life for allGautama
I stand in the Wesak valley. Never before have I felt such joy, for upon the horizon – not Gautama, but Yasodhara with Gautama in the most radiant splendour and so much love and joy that I could not keep the tears from my eyes.The two Buddhas bless the Earth. All rejoice!!
