Lady Yasodhara reaches to all across the hills and valleys of all life's experiences, teaching about ascension and the path of living light, the path taught by many, and shown by many.

Ascension is a practice as old as time itself. As soon as the life stream starts its ascent back to spirit, there is always the seeking of that which will help this process.

Every teaching, practice and dogma starts from this basic premise: the return to spirit, the lifting out of the shadows of life on Earth.

For eons humanity has sought this elusive goal. Some have made it, some have turned the teachings and systems into tools for their own personal gain and power – thus inverting them so they no longer form a bridge of light to those higher spheres of consciousness.

Nothing, however, that has been taught and released by the Hierarchy over these eons is wasted, for it all adds substance to the path of return, of ascension, of upliftment. Every teaching that brings that light leaves a vibration with the person that can be stimulated again, helping that person recognise the way. It is like leaving a memory of the signposts, so every time you walk that road to your higher self, the signs are easier to see, to feel. You can more easily find the right way.

At the start of this journey you walk on the plains of experience. There are many roads, pathways and small trails you can follow, and all are very interesting and appealing. There are fruits and flowers, yet also barren wastelands and swamps; beauty and darkness. To the new soul, all are of interest because they are unknown, and it is through the experiencing and knowing that the soul and its personality grow and mature.

After exploration of these plains, you find the hills and dales. Here experiences are more sharply defined; you stand atop a hill and feel the world at your feet. You have lifted out of the plains where you can gain no perspective or vision of the way. Here on the hilltop you can see the paths, the roads, the journeys you and others have taken. It is a definite step forward, more clarity is felt.

Then you see that your hilltop is but one of many, leading to a great range of mountains in the distance, and you know that is where you must go – for atop the highest mountain is the greatest light of heart, you know it is home.

Then starts the real journey of return – for now you have seen the goal. But every journey must necessarily be down through the valleys and up further hills, it is not always easy to find the way.

Those who have already walked this path are now returning in greater numbers than ever before. Humanity, you are ready now to find your way, and the teachers are helping. For now they walk right down into the hills and valleys and beyond into the plains, bringing with them a light of hope, renewal, and more than anything – the directions for the way home.

This is the path of ascension brought down to every human being by the ever expanding light of Maitreya through the Mothers of Light – the radiation of Heart Flow.

It reaches all, no matter what they believe or do not believe, for one thing unites all and that is the need to rise to the highest mountain, to come home. This is the path of ascension.

Now you stand at the foothills, humanity. But some are so afraid of the light and the darkness of the hilltops and valleys that they choose to go back to the plains and fight for things to be the same. Then there are many who find the climb hard. They have brought so much baggage with them that even the gentlest of slopes is too hard, and they crumble and falter, and lose hope.

Many of humanity stand or sit at the beginning of the climb, not realising they can just leave behind the baggage and move on in lightness and freedom to a new way of life. This baggage is nothing more than memories of the past – past lives particularly. It is burdensome, because in today’s climate of greater light, even the smallest greyness in your aura is highlighted and seems ever the heavier.

But this darkness of unresolved memories and lessons from the past can be so easily healed by the light.
Humanity, face your shadow. Face your past, and move on. The lessons have been learned by the many. Collectively, humanity, you have learned so much. So why do you let the minority dominate who have proactively turned their back on these lessons of compassion and understanding? They hold innocent people to ransom through fear and power.

Collectively, you have learned the lesson of abuse of power – in the second world war, where Hitler expressed that negative aspect so fully. The world rose up against that force under the guidance of several great leaders who brought forth the light and inspired the resistance and defeat of that darkness.
You have learned this lesson – but keep reliving its horrors in your memory. It is like a bad dream that keeps revisiting you. For some, the memories are so strong they have closed off – and this is the problem we see today.

The light so abundant, so rejuvenating and refreshing, cannot get through to those of humanity bogged down in their bad memories. Not only that, but for some these bad memories become so compelling that they start reliving them, and fit the conditions and events around them into this un-reality created by the bad experiences of the past.

We are so conditioned by our past. Look at yourself, just in this life you have the patterns imprinted upon you as a child, patterns of your parents or carers, patterns of the society you grew up in, the collective consciousness of your school life, the patterns of your teachers, the culture of your workplace, your relationships, your race, your nation … and so it goes on.

You are not yourself most of the time, although you strive for that.

Now the tools are there to be free of these patterns you have inherited. Do you want to be free? Do you want to leave behind that baggage and walk with lightness in your step to the hilltop and feel the new dawn’s rays of light beam upon you, illuminate your being and fill you with the hope of the new day?

Learn how to be free. The tools are given. Find the teachers, the practices that lift you. Find those tools that draw you out of your encumbrances. The Flame Meditation ** is such a tool, and karma release and ascension training when performed by one through whom the energy work can be done. But, you have to judge for yourselves. There are those who truly teach for the light, but there are also many who teach for the personality.

Teachings of the personality can give you understanding and insight into your personality, but they cannot lift you out of your personality, cannot raise you so you can walk to the hilltop. This does not mean in any way that these teachings or teachers are wrong – that is your judgement. Everything has its place. You just need to know where you are going, where you want to go – then pray, ask within for that which will help you. Do you want to climb into the light upon the hilltop? Then ask for that which will help you.

I know this path so well, for I have climbed so, so many of these hills and mountains, and have felt the despair of my burdens and of the climb ahead. But always help was at hand.

Now I am seeking out those of humanity who will shine forth that flame of light and bring it into their teachings, their practices, their offerings, whatever they may be. I am looking, and finding many! So many light of heart, who know the lighted way and can show their brothers and sisters on the path. It is a busy time.
Look, humanity, for those who shine a higher light. It may be through teachings, it may be business, politics, education, science, community service, health, music, art … it may be through any expression of human endeavour.

That is ever the wonder of the times we now live in – spirit is flowing so freely through all! Those who open to it become like shining lights. Those who do not open to this light need to be comforted and drawn along by the will and demand of the majority – who want peace and freedom from the baggage and burdens that give only pain, heaviness and grief.

I am a Mother of Light, for I have walked so many paths. No matter what religion, tradition or faith you have, or none, my heart reaches out to you; for I am the one closest to you, humanity, in this succession of hearts that shine down upon you. I am closest, with behind me the White Tara, and my most beloved husband and twin ray Gautama, and beloved brother and Master Maitreya.

Together we form a bridge of light that reaches from the heart at the top of the mountains, all the way down to you, humanity.

This bridge transcends the hills and valleys, it transcends the winding paths of endless human experience, and it reaches right down to you.

Never before has this occurred in human history. Never before has that path of light been brought so close to you, humanity.

For eons and centuries it has been the long path for all but the few. But now you have collectively learned the lessons of all those winding paths and you can be free!

I send my helpers out from every part of this bridge to meet you and shine a light on your way.

Come, see that light, and find my bridge of light. Come to the path of Ascension!

It is so beautiful, so divine. I wish you could see it all as I see it. But we work at it, so the imprint of this way can be felt and seen by all.

Follow the path, the teachings of ascension (given by many) and lift your vibrations, clear your karma, change your patterns. Lift, find my guides, my teachers and lift!

Then you can reach the hilltop, the mountain top and step onto that way, that bridge of light: the Way of the Heart. It gives you the way through the vales of all human suffering and experience to walk into the heart and be free.

I know, for I have walked nearly every path there is. I know nearly every hill and valley there is on this way – for I took the long path while my beloved chose the short one, so he could stand at the mountain top and be always that shining light I knew and strove to find.

I have walked all these paths, humanity, so that now I can come back and be that final heart in the bridge of light, and can train my assistants in how to reach you. For I know every step you walk. I know the traps, the hardships, the confusion, the struggle, the brilliant successes – I know it all, I know every hill and vale! And now, through the eons of my own pain I am now free! I am free and yet all-knowing with my beloved and brother behind me, with the Mothers of Light through Tara the White. I am free and all knowing and oh, so close to you that I could nearly touch you.

The bridge is built, humanity. I send my angels, my guides, my teachers into every part of this world. Join the path of light and be free, dear souls, be free.
