The Hierarchy, also known as the Inner Government of Earth and the Great White Brother-Sisterhood, is an organised group of great beings who have the responsibility of supporting, guiding and managing the evolutionary flows and forces for humanity and all life on Earth.
The Hierarchy are our brothers and sisters who have become the living light in their higher vehicles, and have brought that consciousness down into the physical body to create a continuity of living nourishment of spirit into matter, into consciousness.
The Hierarchy are the living flow of the downpouring light from our solar system's heart - Sirius, that radiant diamond in the sky from which all nourishment of inner light comes, first to our sun, then to our planet. Our brothers and sisters in the Hierarchy are sufficiently refined and developed in their inner bodies that they can form vehicles for the flowing, living light to reach into our consciousness, when we are ready.
They hold this light, they pour it forth from their hearts into the world of human consciousness and endeavour, into the Earth and all kingdoms of life. For they hold the synthesis of all life on this planet - the synthesis meaning the great unfolding and living plan of divine will and love in action.
The Hierarchy are that plan in body, mind and soul. They embody it for the Earth, they are the transmitters of that living light of the Logos so that this planet may take its place within the crown of that great light.
The Earth is itself a synthesis of many lights. Humanity has a special and particular vibration of light and responsibility to bear - but it is not happening yet. What we are here talking about is the goal, the living light of the heart that must incarnate on our planet through humanity.
That heart light comes through the entire Hierarchy, but is brought into particular focus through our Bodhisattva, our Christ - the Lord Maitreya. This is his dharma, and his will. He holds that particular focus, that particular light, and brings it about upon this Earth.
That is why he now looks for those light of heart, those ready to open the heart more than ever before.
The heart must incarnate on Earth. Do you see - this is also our (the Hierarchy's) externalisation - for are we not the heart centre of our planetary being? Humanity, you form the throat chakra - that centre of higher creativity. Shamballa is the centre of will.
The three hearts - will, heart and action - now brought into alignment and into possibility through the incarnation of our sister ** into the body of the Earth. She becomes that enlivening light reaching out to the creative potential within all of humanity, that creative potential that must hold the heart.
We see so much death and destruction caused by abuse of power - oppression, repression, fear and revenge, all products of the abuse of power. Power comes from the will. In humanity, it mostly comes from the personal will - which wants to be in total control of its destiny. This is not the way of the heart.
The heart awakens and feels, it awakens and sees, it awakens and senses the flow of living light, and then flows with that to bring about the creation of lasting peace. The peace of perfect alignment, unfoldment and opening up to the light. It brings freedom like nothing else.
This living heart must be allowed to incarnate - for it is the Earth's path. The Earth is a living being. Humanity, you still struggle to embrace this fact, although many, many do. The consciousness is growing, expanding. The heart is awakening and stimulating.
Awaken, humanity! We (the Hierarchy) are approaching through the incarnation of Maitreya. Humanity, it is your turn. The light shines upon us all from Sirius; the cosmic heart enters the heart of Logos ready to become incarnate on Earth. Never before has this light become physical! Momentous is this flow, this heart flow, for it is heart consciousness of the universe incarnating in the only sphere yet unattainable - the physical.
That spark of heart within us all is being stimulated and awakened. It has always been there - but now, not just there as a little flame to be uncovered through multitudes of painful experiences, but there to shine forth like the radiant diamond! That is why the Three Fold Flame in the heart now becomes the Seven! All colours shine forth from the illumined heart, and we have the Rainbow Buddha Way present and flowing into all aspects of life.
The Masters will not interfere with this process in the physical. Their sphere of greatest activity is in the grail of humankind - the heart. Humanity, you have to bring it into the physical. We bring the light to you down to the etheric, lower than that we are not permitted to go except in unusual and particular circumstances under the will of Planetary Logos. Humanity - take your insight, your understanding, your decisions - and act!
How else shall this heart become physical? It is your responsibility to form that bridge of light within you. You are the creatures on Earth that can bridge the soul consciousness down into the physical - no other kingdom of life can do that, for it is your role. Take it on!
The signs are good. We watch with joy that the global community awakens and heart is seen, and felt. Never lose sight of the goal and hope for all, of the heart incarnate in every field of human endeavour - particularly politics and business, for it is those ventures that need it most in this day and age. Get into business, get into politics, with your heart, your intent, your actions, your prayers … whatever way works for you, whatever way your heart light flows.
These areas of endeavour need the light the most, for they bring the most oppression and rigidity to life on Earth - and it is their turn to redeem! Religion in and of itself does not have this rigidity any more. The heart and flowing living light is stimulating unfoldment there to keep up with the times. Religion, when it becomes a political tool mixed in with politics - then it can be exceedingly negative, and this we see. The redemption of this negativity is through the heart into politics. Apply your wishes and hopes to this - it is much needed.
