- It is an act of your conscious choice
- It is the grace of your personal karma release, earned through your actions and intent and work with the violet and renewal flames
- That which is renewed cannot be "resurrected" and reused - the consciousness must follow through with its intent and choice and not revivify old patterns that have been renewed
Renewal is a type of resurrection. Resurrection from the Spirit of Resurrection is a global act, that renews the patterns within humanity (to some extent) and the Earth, on a global level. Renewal itself, wherein we have the Laws and actions of the renewal flame vivified by the Spirit of Peace, this renewal is a complete nullifying of old patterns - a complete freeing of the old into the flow, so that only the light of the experience remains, none of the original pattern.

This is similar to resurrection - but resurrection works at a cellular and global cellular level. Note this. Humanity are cells within the energy bodies of nations, within chakras of the Earth. Cells in a human body are the same. Resurrection is an act of renewal at a cellular level - so when an individual human being calls upon the Spirit of Resurrection - they feel the overall renewal because their whole being is touched and invigorated and given a new radiance of light.
Personal Consciousness
But then we have the personal consciousness. This peculiar entity has the capacity to recreate its familiar patterns, even when they are redeemed, cleared, changed - unless the entire creating pattern or patterns are redeemed as well.
To do that, you have to go deep and often wide into a person's consciousness in order to find all 'feeding' patterns. If these far and wide patterns are not all redeemed, then general resurrection will not enable complete change in a human being's consciousness. It is also because the change in this day and age must be an act of conscious choice, that is why you cannot renew a person without their full participation, agreement, and cooperation.
There is more to come when we release the healing methodology. It has not been given yet. It is on the 8th Ray - which is the Ray of Renewal.
Spirit of Resurrection comes on all Rays and invigorates and vitalises their actions, so you can feel and respond to greater love, wisdom, healing, renewing flows on all rays - but that is the ray path. With personal renewal, we are talking about the path of the personal consciousness - which must take hold of itself, take charge of itself, in order to renew.
So, working with Spirit of Peace and the Laws of Renewal is a process working within the personal consciousness.
Not like resurrection, which just is. The personal consciousness does not need to chose, cooperate, want, allow, apply intent. It is not a personal thing, you see. Renewal is the personality flow and application of Resurrection. Renewal is what you, an individual human or angelic being, can do with that global energy of resurrection.
Jesus worked with both. He was a conscious global worker and therefore consciously renewed in the light of resurrection - because he is a globally conscious cell, as are all Masters of Light. So, he renewed and fully resurrected, right down into the physical, through the same Laws. He taught, through his actions, that one can be born again with the freedom of the soul. Now you teach the details of the process, for it is time.
Grace
Renewal is the grace of the times we are in - for it comes by the dispensation of karma release in the grace of Lady Portia and Board of Karma; it comes through the global renewal that Spirit of Resurrection brings. Note that Spirit of Resurrection doesn't bring renewal at a cellular level of flow, but applies a general renewal light to the whole body. It is through the intent and application of conscious choice that Renewal flows through your being. Note the difference.
Full renewal only comes through a flow, not a presence. Spirit of Resurrection brings a presence of light that can be taken further with the light of renewal to uplift and redeem the entire personal self. So, these are the factors.
Ascension, how does that fit in? and Karma Release?
Ascension is the rising light of the 4th Ray - it is a ray path, a ray quality, a ray activity. Therefore, it is not as such a global activity, except at times when the Earth is on that path. Earth is on that path at the present time, so a new invigoration is appearing concerning that flame - on a global and personal level.
The ascension flame lifts the vibrations of a human being, it raises the vibratory level of the cells, and substance of the inner and outer self. It does not create, in and of itself, renewal. It raises vibration, it loosens the hold of old patterns - but always Karma Release must come first.
So, to Karma Release - this is an act of grace, globally, nationally, personally, and to the various/many groups of the world. It is a clearing and digging out of deep and dark energies - but again, it does not start the flow.
Resurrection and Renewal are processes of the flow - globally, and personally; Ascension and Karma Release are Ray actions that are themselves invigorated by the flow, but do not create the flow.
Consciousness is what creates and is the flow. Conscious apprehension of the rays, the actions of all light, and the application of it to your being, to your renewal, for the sake of God, Christ, Earth and humanity. That is the path.
The Rays are the building blocks of consciousness - the building energies - Buddha Path. Renewal and Resurrection are Christ-Path activities - for they are actions of the flow and re-unification of a disparate consciousness. This is the science of renewal.
It also connects to the 3-Fold-Flame, and the Flame and Heart of Earth. A famous process!

Such is the Law of Renewal.
Understand it also in the light of each land, the heart of each land. Work globally with knowledge and intent, and bring the renewal flame to the hearts of nations.
