The laws of renewal relate to love! How can your heart flow if you do not love?
So, you must love your dharma, when you find it. You must love every step of the way.
You must love your karma as the great teacher that brings you home to spirit.
You must love in utmost fulfilment and utmost completeness the heart's flow in which your life dharma - and you - flow, and you must love to distraction that heart that pumps that heart flow to you, into the world.

Love!
Love is what turns the key in the stone-laden heart. Love is what opens the renewal flow. Love is what keeps it open and moving with the flow of life.
Is not the heart flow on this planet only possible because of the love Maitreya Gautama and myself have for this planet, for this humanity? For all Kingdoms? The love of our cosmic Mother and Father, Sirius.
Is not "love all there is?"
It is the life blood of all creation.
So, we have renewal laws 8, 9 and 10
Rule 8
You must love your dharma, and use that to work out your karma. It is an act of the 8th Ray - love-will in action. To love your purpose is bringing love and will together. This is the most difficult for people. Many will feel the love when they step into their dharmic flow - but that is the love-flow from the heart in which they live. It is not their own love. That is the key.
You must find your own love, and pour it into your dharma. It is to do with the three hearts - personally. The three hearts in your personal self need to be activated, renewed through violet flame and healing practices, and Spirit of Resurrection/Spirit of Peace.
Spirit of Peace is more the flow on the personal level, not the healing force. Spirit of Resurrection is a healing force because it comes from outside the person, it is not a personal force, therefore it applies energy of a higher vibration to the condition or being, for which it is invoked - and ever is the higher needed for the healing of the lower.
Spirit of Peace is a healing force only because it creates a flow - but the flow is willed and directed personally, within the personal self. It is a personal application and direction to make flow the latent energies and potential for healing that are imbued in the body by the use of Spirit of Resurrection. See how they work together?
So, you must love your dharma with your whole personal self.
Work with healing and renewal through application of forces and light of Spirit of Resurrection, and conscious cooperation and use of Spirit of Peace.

Rule 10
You must love the heart within which "blood" you flow, within which life force you flow. You must find that heart, and give your love to that. This opens your receptors to the flow it opens your own heart receptors to the incoming, pouring light that will renew.
So, this is the purpose revealed: love your heart's flow, personally, globally, nationally - wherever it is for your dharma to flow, and love the heart in which you unfold. Receptors for the inflow are created by your love directed higher, and the outflow concerns the dharma and personal qualification of the flow.
Note that before this we must deal with the glamours and illusions. This is -
Rule 9
You cannot renew if you hold glamours and illusions about yourself, your heart's flow, and the greater heart of which flow you are a part.
Get rid of the glamours and illusions!! They do naught for the flow, for they are naught but dams and caves for the light and the living blood. To trap the living light and englamour it for the sake of holding it endlessly to the personal self - for power, glory, comfort, sanctuary … all these are usual, and common on the path.
In the mind, we see the entrapment of light created by the intent to appear knowing, brilliant (like a light, capturing and focussing the radiance in one place), and radiant with self-assurance. These glamours and illusions are a valid and common part of human development.
They belong to the static and radiatory path of development, which has been the path of growth for millennia: seek the light of which you would be part - and become that light. It is a process of becoming, of growing - like a child who must grow and develop features, stature (height, etc.), muscles, brain-power and cultural knowledge and sensitivities in order to stand as an adult in the knowing, illuminated world. At least it appears illuminated and knowing to the child.
This is humanity's development over the last many millennia. To develop the stature, strength and knowingness of a certain capacity of spiritual life. The human spiritual being leaves adolescence and becomes a full grown and knowing personality, in so far as the consciousness has grown and has the capacity to know. There are many degrees of adulthood in both the physical (personal) and spiritual worlds.
This is the age of humanity, these last 1000 years particularly.
Civilisation
The influence of Master R was to awaken the growth of mind, which is the last step in the fulfilment and knowingness of the human personal life force in incarnation.
Now that civilising force has incarnated more than sufficiently for the next stage to unfold. In fact, humanity's thirst for the yearning mind, for the possession of brilliance (illumination, in terms of possession of light), for the mastery of conditions in the world, has exceeded that which was needed.
Now, humanity's mind is so dominant as a world force, and un-opened in too many arenas to the higher inspiration, that we fear there will be calamities created to renew the balance. Too much destruction of the world is brought about by rampant "brilliance" - shining, but not necessarily and, unfortunately too often, not intelligent in action. Unheeding of the higher and longer term needs of the world as a whole, of humanity as a whole, of the livingness of life as a whole.
This is destroying the Earth - the very life blood of life on this planet. The very essence of purpose and renewal and reinvigoration. Most aspects of life on this planet are only made possible by Earth's livingness. This is no surprise to many of the thinking and caring citizens on this Earth, but is completely ignored largely through the power of money.
It is the 7th Ray meeting the glamours and illusions of the so called "brilliant" people of this age, who are unfortunately not allowing their brilliance to flow and renew for the sake of all. Conflict! and tension. This is the result.
The fully matured human being in the spiritual flow of life, now awakens to the law and justice in action, which is the livingness of the 7th Ray, the blood-force of the new age. This is the grace and renewal - and the point of conflict.
Because it is the flow for the new age, you must connect to it to flow. For many it is caught in the entrapments of impurified and unclean thoughts and feelings - the glamours and illusions of our modern world - and this is the hiatus of humankind's unfoldment.
Humanity, you must renew and move forward as mature citizens, or the Earth's balance will be recreated through physical force. Always it is the way. Karma from the times we are in is created by resistance to the descending renewal. Ever it is the same. The new unfoldment starts within the Earth's heavenly sphere, then manifests slowly but surely, and sometimes rapidly, through the living expression that is humanity. It does affect all Kingdoms, but humanity's it is to unfold and renew consciously in the very particular and peculiar way it now unfolds.
Humanity resists, for it is change.
Then the flow and renewal and new beginnings begin to manifest, and many become attracted to that new light and radiance. In this age, the flow - and suddenly the change comes about . Or not so suddenly, but from our viewpoint it is the changing of the times and the unfoldment of the process. We know and anticipate the flow/awakening, and create opportunity with our intent and wielding of cosmic force and love.
Maitreya's Call
So must you do, those of you who respond to Maitreya's call. For it is He who incarnates heart into this planet in 500 years. He who incarnates and is incarnating the new civilizing force for the fullness of the New Age.
I teach the laws and now bring about the flow of wisdom, the living blood of true illumination and sanctity for this Age. And Master R brings with Lady Portia the new flow of civilization for the personal life of this planet.
The Ladies, the Mothers, are connected with the unfoldment in consciousness, as always. With the growth and nurturing of the healing grace, knowledge and wisdom, experience and learning. The nurturing of the human being to adulthood. So, too, must Mothers of Light bring the nurturing grace to all who need. Humanity is in such dire need! The Earth is being rampaged, pillaged, plundered and wounded - severely. Mother's grace and Father's will must put an end to this childish, adolescent selfishness, ignorance and brutality. It must end ere we can fully enter the light of the heart.
But it only needs 51% of consciousness - for that is all that is needed to create the renewing flow. That is all!
So, go about your work, find your true dharma, love it and begin the flow. It is needed on every level! Everyone can create flow. It takes no great spiritual unfoldment or revelation, and many who have renewed their vows to Christ and His, to the Hierarchy, to Buddha, to the Light, are stepping up well to the task.
It matters not what religion, or none.
Simply seek the flow!
And to those of you well studied in the ancient law, the ancient teachings of the light, you must truly beware of the fixedness developed through eons on your path. The more developed you are in personality, the more your light is dammed (ie, like a dam of water) - in this day and Age.
Understand the significance of the times! The presence of light in the past must give way to the flow of light for the future.
The whole Earth is shifting and maturing from light to flow. You must too - each and every one of you who responds. Love and renew, and flow.
It needs 51% of the massed intent of humanity. That is not much! For intent is not distributed equally among all. Those still young on the path have little or even no intent spiritually, they seek the parental caring and nurturing to guide and protect their way. Understand this is not a denigration of intelligence, capacity, or purity of self (for it is not this that creates intent) - but a spiritual fact.
So, humanity, do not despair of the futility you feel - for there is naught to despair!
Such a small thing to do, to give one's intent for peace, renewal and upliftment.
Apply this in your daily life through whatever practice you choose, and the world will change soon, and quickly, and above all - peacefully.
It is I who bring you to the choice. I, Mother of Light, Yasodhara, for peace it is I bring.
Peace!
Ever the seemingly elusive goal of the many, the scourge for the few - but no more. For it is time!
The Earth wills for peace, and I come, as the incarnation of Yasodhara Buddha, the Rainbow Tara, to renew the livingness of life! I come, for you have called, humanity. You have called for peace, for change, and I renew. I come, for you have called.
Now hear and feel my presence, and act within your dharma and karma, to love your renewal and flow. This is the Age of the Heart! I bring the flow of the heart into the ethers, like the promise of sweet wine for the thirsting traveller.
So much peace is there to be had! So much peace is possible, if you stop your frantic ways and sip of my wine, smell of my sweet fragrance from the flowers in my garden.
Enter my garden of renewal, and you shall not be the same. The darkness, the heaviness, the pain, doubt and guilt that plagues you, your fears and burdens - all shall dissolve when you enter my garden and stand in wonder at the fount of renewal.
For I am that for you, humanity. I am the heart flow for new life in this ether of the Earth. I am that, and I renew. Bring your garden to me, the garden of your heart. Bring it to me for renewal. The sad and sorry state of many hearts - you can be healed and renewed. Enter my garden, give your garden, and the greatest garden of delight shall incarnate upon this Earth.
Renew! I command it, for the sake of the Earth, my child; for the sake of humanity my sisters and brothers young in spirit. I command it for the future, where the heart shall be renewed and flowing, and the golden era of peace shall unfold.
I am the Rainbow Tara. Renewal I bring, for I am that living, pulsing heart that is the radiant, living garden of delight, the garden of Eden, the heart.
